BUYER BEWARE! Bait & Switch, known previous practices that have been reviewed on Yelp. Breach of contract added mileage on contracts. Years of problematic practices in their service departments. Rude behaviors with my mistreatment and my special needs daughter brought to tears. REALLY!!! Not even rated on Better Business Bureau, makes sense now. Recall work was required to replace the door. Dan kept us in the loop the entire time and the car came back looking brand new.
Car wouldn't start, was hoping it was a battery issue. Found out that I could start my Navigator manually, took about 20 mins to get it started. Once started, I drove straight to George Wall without an appt late Thursday afternoon. I was lucky, they were able to work on my car the next day. Cars problem was the battery and I Thank them for the quick turn around and for the great service I received.

Drove out here from Brooklyn to buy my 2021 Escape Hybrid, and I'm glad I did. Diane and Fred were both so welcoming and helpful. I know people who have horror stories from dealerships they have visited in NYC, so this experience was really refreshing. I had a great buying experience at GWF. I flew in from Ohio to purchase a 2022 F150 that they had listed online. They went out of their way to accommodate me and even sent a driver to pick me up at the airport 40 minutes away. I had a great experience buying my 2024 Bronco Outer Banks. Alex was a terrific sales person and took the time to explain the ins-and-outs of the Bronco line.
