This dealership is in violation of the Federal Trade Commission CAN-SPAM Act. I emailed them directly to give them a chance to correct the issue, and I have replied to the spam emails they have sent. I have, of course, used their opt-out link. My requests have not been honored. I have made multiple FTC reports for each email they send beyond my opt-out window. Each violation is fined at up to $53,088. Hopefully that will get their attention.
My first phone call to George wall i fell in love. I was directed to Diane, and let me tell you .... shes Top shelf!!! The Best!!! Diane went above and beyond to get me my dream car. Bait & Switch, known previous practices that have been reviewed on Yelp. Breach of contract added mileage on contracts. Years of problematic practices in their service departments. I had a great buying experience at GWF. I flew in from Ohio to purchase a 2022 F150 that they had listed online. They went out of their way to accommodate me and even sent a driver to pick me up at the airport 40 minutes away. I purchased an expensive warranty. They eagerly sold it to me. When I went to use it for a problem with my car, they would not accept the warranty. I am a senior and was probable a prime target for them. Very unhappy. I will never go back.

Best car buying experience we have ever had. Freddie, Diane, Geo, Jake and everyone else we dealt with at GW were phenomenal. We were treated like VIPs during our entire visit. Everything was clearly explained in a friendly welcoming manner. We ended up being there after the dealership was scheduled to be closed and no one rushed us or made us feel like we were holding them back from getting home. Service... bought an extended warranty on tires and rims at time of car purchase. 1 yr later had an incident and required a new rim. After 20 days of dealer having car. And apparently 2 rims that do not match car. I'm still left in the wind.. also impossible to get a loaner car. I understand it's aftermarket service warranty, but shouldn't sell a product that doesn't meet customers basic needs. At this point I rated 1 star simply because couldn't go lower... Brought my 2017 Ford Escape to George Wall in May/June of 2023. The alarm would go off randomly. Told me it was a 'brake switch'. I asked why a brake switch would cause the alarm to go off randomly, they assured me that was the issue. $400 later, the alarm goes off the first day back home. Had gotten my car returned to me after being serviced and the problem wasn't resolved. They will gladly hand your vehicle back to you as if everything is fine without double checking, and you will be back in a few days trying to resolve the issue that should've been taken care of on the first visit. The service center is filled with false promises. Said our car would be ready day off, the next morning the latest. It is now Friday, and they’ve kept our car from us despite it being under a warranty. Took two hours to get back to us, and once the car was delivered, they gave us the wrong windshield. I miss Lexus and their service center.
I work directly with Paul Palermo and we closed two separate deals in about 15 minutes. The service department is helpful with any questions I may have. If they are busy when I call, I leave a message and they get back to me on the same day. The prices for the certified pre-owned cars I bought were far and service keeps them in tip top shape for me. I took two cross-country trips in the past two years and the Ford Edge and the Mustang took the mountains like billy goats and the flats like the Pony Express.

worst place I've ever bought a vehicle in my life and have purchased a lot of vehicles I would not purchase a vehicle from them. I bought a CPO Lincoln from them and when it arrived it had $3300 of damage on the vehicle they told me they would give me $1200 for the repair which I never received that wouldn't even cover half the repair. it took me weeks to even get a hold of anybody and nothing about it has been done.

We have used this dealer for 10 years. As my lease was up there has been zero customer service. I can't even get a call back. I have had to physically go into the dealer to get a response. I have changed sales reps, neither are helpful, considerate nor have any information regarding my ordered vehicle. I went to another dealer. Very disappointing.

Tried a number of times to use this dealership since they are local business. On numerous occasions very disappointed with service etiquette, quality, and honesty. For example they refused to take in a lease from another Ford dealer. While a Ford dealer in a nearby town was more than willing to be helpful and through that earned a new car sale. On the service side vehicles were not ready on time and the car left a mess upon pick up. Do yourself a favor and go to another Ford dealer!
There is something wrong with this place. We went there to buy a new car. We liked the vehicle and the price. The sales person told us that he does not have the car in stock and he needs to find it. After ten days went by nothing happened. We left 4 voice messages, 4 SMS and 4 emails for the salesman and sales manager. Nobody, I mean nobody returned our calls.
