Ford Pro’s New Innovative Fleet Management Software

Earlier this week, Ford Pro revealed a new suite of fleet management solutions created to help make spreadsheet-oriented data collection for small business owners easier as they continue to move into a digital age. Ford Pro Fleet Management Software, the primary software product, is the newest tool introduced to the Ford Pro Intelligence suite of fleet management solutions, expanding on the one-stop shop of vehicles, software, charging, service and financing to support commercial vehicle owners.

Ford’s always-on software is designed for fleets of up to 150 vehicles and is available with a subscription for as little as $5 per month, per vehicle. The cloud-based software is intended to eliminate the tons of paperwork many businesses need to manage their fleets. It accomplishes this by digitizing all of that same fleet data, putting total cost of ownership front and center for managers.

The online system is available for drivers in a mobile app, helping them to input data while at work. The program is connected with Ford Pro vehicle software, like Ford Pro Telematics, to support business owners with a broader view of crucial fleet vehicle information. Overall, Telematics is designed to help optimize fleet efficiency by tracking crucial information such as driver habits, real-time vehicle location and downtime.

As part of the suite, Ford Pro Title and Registration enables owners to save time registering and managing licenses for vehicles, manage title-related concerns, and makes the registration renewal process easy, while Ford Pro Driver Risk Management helps owners track crucial driver-related info and generates reports related to DMV records, license expiration, and violation point customization.
